Brett Weidmann

I started in the film industry as a carpenter and prop-maker. After a few months of that, a friend of mine started teaching me grip and electric on the side: I took to it and never looked back. I've been a gaffer almost exclusively since 2016 and enjoy trying new techniques and equipment as often as I get the chance.

In my free time I have more interests than any person could possibly have time for. I enjoy going to the movies, weight lifting, shooting sports, video games, film photography, building model kits, playing musical instruments, going to renaissance festivals, cosplaying, and general tinkering.
